Being a new mom ain’t easy! And postpartum recovery is like any other type of recovery. It takes time, it takes rest and most importantly, it takes patience. This is why it’s so important to give yourself some self-love and pep talks every now and again, because we all know the days are long and the nights........even longer!!!
